Instead, describe what you did<br \/>\nand what the positive outcome was, like, \u2018by closely<br \/>\nmonitoring sales trends and stock levels, I reduced out of<br \/>\nstock instances by 21%\u2019.<\/li>\n<li>Avoid errors at all costs.
